Morph Fitness is athletic training for everybody, athletic training is all about movement, as human beings we are made to move. Over time our reason for moving has changed, before it was for survival, now its more about health, longevity, quality of life, or to dominate at sports. We no longer hunt our food, or have to escape predators. We now live a much less physical life, but the need to move is no less important.
The Morph Training System is designed to systematically help members improve each of these modern day life areas. The system is based on teaching athletes efficient movement to become faster, decelerate properly that reduce injury and become more agile. Strength and Conditioning training to build muscle and reduce body fat, improve body composition, and performance on or off the field.
Morph Fitness offers a variety of training options and services to make sure we meet the needs of our members the best we can. We consider anyone looking to be more athletic an athlete, regardless of ability, which can be improved. It is more about a mindset and goals. We train movement, what this means is we teach you how to move properly the way we were meant to, with added resistance. This allows you to learn to move and perform without pain, drop body fat, and increase strength and muscle.
The Program consists of training in Speed & Agility, and Strength and Conditioning. Both of these elements are important, as technique without strength lacks power, and strength without technique will work against itself. Neither will ever reach full potential without the other.

My name is Mark Nwakamma. I am currently a Professional basketball player playing in Germany. Prior to Germany I played in both Tel Aviv, Israel and Budapest, Hungary in my first year pro. I played, and started, all my four years at the University of Hartford and left as a top ten player in both points and rebounds. I began working with Greg in the summer of 2015 and can honestly say that since that day, I haven't felt the need to go anywhere else. The man knows what he is talking about. Whether it is strength and conditioning, or actual physical therapy, Greg know the mechanics of the body and how they work. I recommend Greg to all my past/current teammates because I know if he can make me stronger, faster, and most importantly, healthier, then he can do it for a lot of other athletes. Preciate you Greg.
I was involved in sports growing up most of my life, but once i got to college I gained a considerable amount of weight.
Fell out of fitness and an active lifestyle. At 26 one day i tried to play basketball with some friends. It was so bad my knees and back hurt, i couldn't get down the court, or react to plat defense. I decided to make an attempt at fitness, so i joined a gym across the street from my apartment and went to work.
Lost a bunch of weight and found a new passion, fitness. 13 plus years later i cant see myself doing anything else. I have experience with weight loss, gaining muscle, youth training, speed and agility training. With 13 years of experience i realized with constant learning along the way i collected up a bunch of knowledge. With this knowledge on Strength Training, Speed and Agility Training, Corrective Exercise and Human Movement i created the Morph Training System. I combined what i felt was necessary components of each concept to create a Training System that will help people reach their physical potential.
